Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for bookings, workshops, and product purchases.

1. Outdoor Activities & Forest Bathing Bookings

(a) Cancellations by Customer

  • More than 1 week before the session: 100% refund or free reschedule.

  • 24 – 48 hours before: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund; reschedule not guaranteed.

(b) Customer No-shows

  • Strictly no refund for no-shows.

2. Weather & Safety Conditions

We prioritise participant safety. Sessions may be:

  • Rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, unsafe trails, or haze

  • Cancelled if conditions are deemed unsuitable

If we cancel the session:

  • You may choose a full refund OR a free reschedule.

3. Workshops (e.g., Therapeutic Horticulture) - coming soon
  • Cancellations 72 hours before: 100% refund or reschedule

  • 24–72 hours before: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

4. Seasonal Floral Arrangements (E-commerce)

(a) Order Changes / Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations allowed within 3 hours of order placement.

  • After this window, orders are considered final.

(b) Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  • Personal change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer

  • Failure to receive the item at delivery address

(c) If Product/Item Arrives Defective or Damaged

Please contact us within one (1) hour of delivery with photos. We will provide:

  • A one-to-one exchange of item (subject to availability)
